Airline Club Rooms Few sanctuaries in the airport offer the services airline club rooms do. But clubs vary widely. A few offer complimentary alcoholic beverages; some do not. Some accept miles in lieu of a membership fee; some do not. Some have reciprocal privileges with other airlines' clubs, many do not. Before ponying up the membership fees, compare clubs to be sure you're getting the most extensive services for your money.
